60-Day Free Returns

We do not accept any returns if Package is received or products used for safety reason.

We(Chinese Medicine Store) have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days  to request a return.

We offer free returns before you received the package.

We attempt to describe our products completely and truthfully. If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is not what you expected.

To be eligible for a return, Package must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, in its original packaging and saleable. Package that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned.

How to Start a return

1. To start a return, contact us at service@chinesemedicine.store. Returned packages will not be accepted without a request first.

Return Shipping Cost

We will pay you the shipping fee if a wrong item was sent to you due to our fault.

Or, 

All original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.  If a product is returned per our Return Policy, these normal shipping charges will be deducted.

Notice

We will refund you when we receive the returned package with undamaged product. 

You are responsible for package damaged or lost in transit. Take care when packaging your product for return and return product with a signature required option.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to your Paypal account or other payment method used to place the order.
